There are two ways to get this dragon:

- Breeding a Water Dragon with an Electric Dragon at theBreeding Mountain or Ultra Breeding Tree. Breeding a Water Dragon with an Electric Dragon may also result in a Storm Dragon.

- At the Recruitment Tavern.
