The Pure Dragon can not be bought at the Store. You can get it during special events, it can also be bred by two Legendary Type Dragons, but the chance to get it by breeding is only about 1:64. It may take over 64 tries to get this Dragon, however most players get it after 15 - 20 tries or boot 5 gems.
